concerns and we share them. As Web users ourselves, we don’t want to worry
about how our private information is being collected and used every time we
visit a website or use an online service. Nor should you have to worry. While

without informing users, it doesn’t happen here. We believe your personal
information belongs to you, and it’s yours to decide what you want done with.
We don't require any information from you to use SidePipe. We don't even ask for your email address! The fact is, we couldn't share your personal information with anyone because we don't have any of your personal information! And, we like it that way!

Collection of Personal Information
As mentioned
above, we don't ask any personal information of you to use our service. When
you use the SidePipe service, our network server, as is standard in the industry,
keeps track of your log-in times, IP address and sites you visit. This information
is strictly for internal use, and is used for account management, to provide
and improve the service, and to derive aggregate usage data (see below). We
periodically purge our web log records, and we do not practice any reverse
IP route tracing. We do not share our web server logs with any third party,
nor will we unless under appropriate court order.
Use and Sharing of Personal Information
The limited
information we collect concerning your use of the SidePipe service is used
for network administration purposes, to manage your account, to provide the
service, to develop aggregate usage information and when necessary to enforce
our Terms of Service Policy (TOS), which can be found on our website under
"terms of use." We do not share any information of a personal nature with
third parties.
Cookies
- SidePipe may set and access SidePipe cookies on your computer for speedy password-protected access and increased ease of use.
- SidePipe does not allow other companies doing business with SidePipe to set and access cookies on your computer, nor do they have access to SidePipe's cookies.

- Your SidePipe Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security.
- SidePipe uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmissions for certain custom SidePipe business solutions.
